Instead of waking up to your traditional alarm-clock fatigue, you will wake up through movement! You will sweat it out in a high-energy functional training batch geared to shake off the stress of the week and jump-start all of your muscles. As the workout comes to an end, the floor will transition into a new coffee rave. As you will imagine sipping your favorite cup of joe while dancing to live beats from DJ Kryso, who will create a curated coffee rave playlist to keep the energy elevated and the happiness elevated. The morning will also be the official launch of MultiFit Radio!: A new platform that embodies music, motivation, and movement.
And then, there will be fun challenges that will test your strength and endurance, and laugh factor! It will tingle with the burn of burpees and the joy of collaborating with others to advance challenge after challenge.
