Walplast’s Maharashtra facilities play a critical role in manufacturing high-demand products from its HomeSure range, spanning wall putty, construction chemicals, ready mix plasters, and a complete suite of tile adhesives. These solutions are widely used by IHB’s, builders, contractors, and infrastructure developers for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
The production from these plants caters to key markets in Maharashtra, strengthening Walplast’s reach across both urban and semi-urban areas.
High-Capacity Production Across Three Strategic Plants
The Wada plant serves as a key hub for putty and construction chemical solutions. With a monthly production capacity of 10,000 MT under its brand name HomeSure, the unit manufactures a range of Wall Putty, Admixtures, Construction Chemicals (Liquid Waterproofing Champion, and Styrene-Butadiene Rubber), supporting both scale and consistent quality.
At Saoner, Walplast operates one of its most modern and automated manufacturing facilities, dedicated to producing the complete range of HomeSure Tile Adhesives. With a production capacity of 10,000 tonnes per month, the plant plays a vital role in meeting rising demand from western and central India.
Complementing this is the Khapoli plant, which manufactures HomeSure WallEx Ready Mix Plasters along with the full range of HomeSure Tile Adhesives. Despite its compact size, the unit delivers a monthly capacity of 5,000 tonnes, showcasing Walplast’s focus on lean, technology-driven manufacturing.

Together, the three Maharashtra plants are supported by a cumulative workforce of over 120 skilled professionals, reflecting Walplast’s commitment to operational excellence and local employment.
